FAQs on ordering and delivery
We ship every order on every working day until 13 o’clock. Normally your delivery will arrive on the next working day, but at the latest three days after the order has been placed – subject to no force majeure.
It can always happen that you don’t like something. Then send us the item back well packed and sufficiently stamped and we will refund your money.
You have three choices: First, in your account. Or during the ordering process you can select “Delivery to another address”. The third option is that you write us a message and we will change the delivery address if the package has not already been sent.
After your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In it you will find a link to the tracking system.

You can order as a guest or you can create an account at the checkout. You can also create a customer account here. A customer account is mandatory in the club and will be created automatically at the checkout if you do not have an account yet.
At the moment we ship worldwide. Shipping is free of charge in Germany from 100€ order value, up to this minimum order value shipping costs from 3,90€. IFFor shipments abroad we have a table here: payment-and-shipping
Basically we try to send every order in one package. If it is necessary, we will split your order without any costs for you.
