FAQs on ordering and delivery

We ship every order every working day until 1 p.m. As a rule, your delivery arrives on the next working day, but no later than three days after the order – subject to no force majeure.

It can happen again and again that you don’t like something. Then send us the item well packaged and sufficiently franked back and we will refund your money.

You have three options: First, in your account. Or during the ordering process, you can select “Deliver to another address”. The third possibility is that you write us a message and we will change the delivery address if the package has not already been sent.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail after your order has left our warehouse. In it you will find a link to tracking.

You can order from us as a guest or open a customer account when paying at the checkout. You can also simply open a customer account here. However, a customer account becomes mandatory in the club and is automatically created at the checkout if you do not have a customer account with us by then.

At the moment we ship worldwide. Shipping is free of charge from 100€ order value in Germany, up to this minimum order value costs from 3.90€. For shipments abroad we have a table here:  https://www.theatermakeup.de/zahlung-und-versand/

We try to place all goods in one package. If we opt for a second package, you will not incur any additional costs. 

Basically, we try to send each order in one package. If necessary, we will split your order without costing you anything.
